Control Eden Jackson as she fights for existence in the hostile environment of the deep black. She was marooned from her fleet after her hyper-drive engine malfunctioned. Now she has to travel “alone” through the long, gaping breath of darkness to reach home. Her journey starts from the Omicron (the 13th star of her galaxy’s constellation). But be wary fellow traveler…the deepness of space is no friend to life.
- Rocks of various shapes and forms are scattered throughout the journey. Use your blaster to keep them at bay!
- Robots and UFOs also thwart your venture at every path. Destroy them before they destroy your ship!
- Harness fusion gems and convert them into ship upgrades!

We are happy to announce that we submitted Ace Omicron to the iTunes App Store. We had it in on time for hopefully inclusion on the day 1 launch of the iPad-exclusive app area. A lot of love and lost sleep went into this submission. As Jake says, “Crossing all fingers and toes.”
We’d also like to say “Thank you” to all the support many people have showed us over the course of this project and especially during crunch time. We truly appreciate it.

We’ve recently been spending time optimizing 3d models and their dynamics for ACE Omicron. It’s a fun but challenging part of the project.
It’s ultimately a two-fold process:
- Part 1 is modifying the polygons and textures to making the environment and its objects look the best while maximizing game performance on hardware;
- Part 2 is enhancing a model utility app that allows us to more easily define specific dynamics of a model when used in-game.
Looking forward to sharing more of the game progress and keeping everyone in the loop as we get closer to release.

Overall Touch Attack! Games is a well put together app. It works on both iPhone and iPod Touch and provides good entertainment value for both kids and adults. The game interface is smooth and well designed, the graphics are crisp, and the game-play is solid.

Just wanted to share that we have a new iPad game in the works. It’s an awesome 3D action/adventure game especially suited for the touch dynamics and screen size of the iPad. We are having a blast developing it so far and can’t wait to share it with everyone! In addition to the fun and dynamic gameplay, it’ll also have a really cool global leader board and achievement system. We look forward to sharing more information as development progresses. (On a final note, we also plan that the game will have backward compatibility for current iPhone and iPod touch users.)
